The personal data we collect may include your name, email address, job title, organisation, and any information you provide during registration. 

Your personal data is processed for the purpose of administering registrations, communicating with participants before and after the event, managing event logistics, evaluating the event, and documenting and promoting the event and related activities.

Please note that photography and video recording will take place during the event. Images and recordings may be used in websites, social media channels, newsletters, reports, and other communication materials related to Nordic AI Factory Summit, Mimer AI Factory, RISE, and collaborating organisations. If you do not wish to appear as a primary subject in photographs or video recordings, please inform the organisers before or during the event. While we cannot guarantee exclusion from audience or crowd images, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests.
